However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange or return.

Please note that any requests for returns or exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the item in question.
